Privacy notice

1. Controller

The controller for data processing under the GDPR is the person / practice named in the legal notice.

2. Hosting & website access

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Accessing it involves processing technically necessary connection data, including your IP address, the time and the requested page.

3. Contact

If you use the contact form, your details (name, email, optional phone, subject, message) are checked client-side and passed via mailto: to your local email application. No server-side storage takes place through this website. The legal basis for later processing of your enquiry is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest in responding).

4. Correspondence

Emails and attachments are processed to handle your matter and deleted or restricted in accordance with statutory retention duties or once the purpose ceases.

5. Cookies & analytics

No dedicated analytics services are embedded. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and a map from Google Maps. This establishes connections to Google and transmits, in particular, your IP address. The WhatsApp link opens the external service only when clicked.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have, in particular, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
